Official Terms & Conditions for Walla’s Connected: Health & Fitness Summit Giveaway 

1. Eligibility

• Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older.
• Employees of Walla, its affiliates, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Entry Period

• The giveaway begins on February 11, 2025, at 12:01 am and ends on February 13, 2025, at 5:01 pm PST (local time).

3. How to Enter

• Participants must use a designated QR code and fill out and submit the form on Walla’s event-specific landing page to enter.
• No purchase is necessary. Multiple entries are not allowed.

4. Prize

One winner will receive a gift basket valued at $600, including:

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

• The winner will be randomly selected and announced on February 13, 2025.
• They will be contacted via email and must respond within 2 hours to claim the prize.
• A new winner may be chosen if the winner does not respond within the given timeframe.

6. Publicity

• By entering, participants grant Walla permission to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes.

7. General Conditions

• Walla reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud or technical failures compromise its fairness.
• This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or affiliated with any brand or company.

8. Liability Release

• By entering, participants agree to release Walla from any claims, damages, or liability arising from participation or prize use.

9. Governing Law

• This giveaway is subject to the laws of California United States of America, and any disputes shall be resolved in California.
