Walla Instagram Love Challenge

1. Eligibility

The Walla Instagram Love Challenge (the "Sweepstakes") is open to owners or authorized representatives of fitness/wellness studios who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Participants must have a public Instagram account and be following @wallasoftware.

2. Promotion Period

The Sweepstakes begins on March 7th at 12:00 AM PST and ends on April 17th 11:59 PM PST (the “Promotion Period”). Drawings occur monthly.

3. How to Enter

To earn entries, participants must perform the following on Instagram:

• Tag @wallasoftware in an original Instagram Story featuring studio-related content (e.g., schedules, classes, milestones, behind-the-scenes).
• OR Share a post from the @wallasoftware feed to your Story and tag @wallasoftware.
• Limit: One (1) entry per week, per account. Maximum of four (4) entries per month, per account.

4. The Prize Pool & Odds

• Base Prize: One (1) $100 Gift Card.
• Community Unlock: For every fifteen (15) unique qualifying tags received across the entire community, Walla will add an additional $100 Gift Card to the monthly prize pot.
• Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received and the total number of gift cards unlocked during the Promotion Period.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be selected in a random drawing held within the first five (5) business days of the last day of the giveaway. Winners will be notified via Instagram Direct Message (DM). If a winner does not respond within 48 hours, an alternate winner may be selected.

• Instagram Release: This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram/Meta. By entering, you provide a complete release of Instagram from any and all liability.
• Rights to Content: By tagging @wallasoftware, you grant Walla Software the non-exclusive right to re-share your Story/post on Walla’s official social media channels.
• Verification: Walla reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and the identity of the entrant.
