Quick access to the funds your fitness studio needs to grow, without the paperwork, waiting, or rigid terms of a traditional business loan.
For studios running on Walla. Checking your offer won't affect your credit score.
No lengthy applications, no collateral, no waiting weeks for a bank to decide. Here is how funding your business works with Walla Capital.
Walla Capital is available exclusively to studios that run on Walla. Eligibility is based on things like your payment volume and history with Walla, and eligible studios receive an offer by email when one is ready.
If you're approved, funds land in your account in as little as one to two business days.
You'll see your offer amount and terms up front, so you always know exactly what to expect from Walla Capital.
You'll automatically pay off your loan or advance with a fixed percentage of your daily sales, until the balance is paid.
If you're approved, access flexible financing for anything your business needs.
From gym equipment financing and new inventory to marketing, hiring, or simply smoothing out cash flow. Walla Capital gives you room to grow.
Funding is based on your studio's real performance data, not a one-size-fits-all number from a bank or gym business loan application.
You'll pay one flat fee that never changes: no compounding interest, no late fees.
Most small business funding was not built for boutique fitness. Bank loans move slowly, and merchant cash advances from outside lenders don't know your studio. Walla Capital is different because it's built on your real revenue.
Weeks of paperwork, financial statements, and credit checks.
Often weeks or months from application to deposit.
Compounding interest, variable rates, and potential late fees.
A fixed monthly bill, whether your studio had a strong month or a slow one.
A few clicks. Offers are based on your existing payment history with Walla.
As little as 1 to 2 business days after you accept an offer.
One flat fee that never changes. No compounding interest, no late fees.
A fixed percentage of daily sales, so payments flex with your business.*
Everything your studio needs to grow, in one place.
Walla brings together booking, payments, marketing, retention, and reporting, built by people who've run boutique fitness studios themselves. Here's what your studio runs on:
Everything you need to keep operations smooth, staff trained, and clients happy.
Marketing tools and automations that fill your schedule and grow your revenue.
AI-powered tools that predict churn and re-engage at-risk members before they leave.
Clear reporting and predictive intelligence that tell you exactly what's working, and what to do next.
Eligibility is determined by Stripe based on a combination of factors, including overall sales volume and history of Stripe payments from Walla. Eligible US businesses will receive an email from Stripe if they have an offer available.
No — you'll pay one flat fee that doesn't change. No interest on top of it.
Applying might include a personal credit check in some cases, but it won't affect your personal credit score. If a check is required, you'll be notified during the application process.
Yes. After clicking the link in your capital offer email, you can use a slider to choose a custom amount up to your maximum offer. The fee and payment rate adjust with the amount you choose.
It's built into your payment total — you pay it automatically through a fixed percentage of your sales until the total is paid.
Payment is collected automatically through a percentage of your Walla sales as they're processed. There's a minimum amount due each period; if sales don't cover it, the rest is debited automatically at the end of the period. Terms are detailed during the application process.
Typically as soon as 2 business days, once you've set a valid bank account as your primary payout method through Stripe.

Offers are valid for 30 days. After that, you'll automatically be re-evaluated for a new offer.
Yes, anytime, in full, from the Make Payment button in your Stripe Capital dashboard — no early payment fees.
You'll automatically be evaluated for a new offer once you've paid the total in full. Paying early doesn't guarantee one.
Talk to a tax advisor — in general, Capital funds aren't taxable income at receipt, and withheld amounts aren't tax-deductible.

Stripe Capital offers financing types that include loans and merchant cash advances. All financing requests are subject to a final review prior to approval. Stripe Capital loans are issued by Celtic Bank, powered by Stripe. Stripe Capital merchant cash advances are provided by YouLend.
*Stripe Capital financing has a minimum amount due each payment period, and if the minimum amount that you pay through sales doesn't meet the minimum, your account will be automatically debited the remaining amount at the end of the period. If your financing has a fixed payment, Stripe stops withholding from your sales when you meet the fixed payment amount. Payment terms will be detailed during the application process.
