Official Rules: Walla Yoga on the Rocks Giveaway

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Eligibility

This Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Walla (“Sponsor”), Red Rocks Amphitheater, or any of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, or advertising agencies are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.

2. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on July 9, 2026, at 12:30 PM EST and ends on July 20, 2026, at 11:59 PM MST (the "Entry Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will be disqualified.

3. How to Enter

To enter, participants must complete the following steps on Instagram during the Entry Period:

1. Follow @wallasoftware on Instagram.
2. "Like" the official giveaway post.
3. Tag at least one (1) friend in the comments section of the official giveaway post. Multiple comments with unique tags will count as additional entries. Individuals tagged who follow @wallasoftare will also count as additional entries. 
4. Optional Bonus: Share the giveaway post to your Instagram Story and tag @wallasoftware.

4. Prize Details

• The Prize: Two (2) general admission tickets to Walla’s VIP Flow Section at Yoga on the Rocks at Red Rocks Amphitheater on Saturday, July 25, 2026, and (2) Walla swag bags. (2) $50 On Me digital concert gift cards. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): [$300.00 USD total].
• Walla Account Requirement: To receive and redeem the prize, the winner and their guest must have or create a free account on the Walla platform via the hosting studio's portal.
• Exclusions: The prize consists only of the two event tickets. The Sponsor is not responsible for transportation, parking, lodging, meals, yoga mats, or any other personal expenses incurred to attend the event. Tickets are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

• One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
• The random drawing will take place on July 21, 2026.
• The winner will be notified via Direct Message (DM) from the official verified account: @wallasoftware.
• Security Warning: Sponsor will never ask for credit card information, bank details, or require clicking an external link to claim the prize. Beware of fraudulent/imposter accounts.

6. Claiming the Prize

The winner must respond to the Instagram DM within twenty-four (24) hours of notification to claim their prize. To facilitate ticket transfer, the winner must provide the email address associated with their Walla account. If the winner cannot be contacted, fails to provide their Walla account details within 24 hours, or is found to be ineligible, an alternate winner will be randomly selected.

7. Limitation of Liability & Release

By participating, entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless [Your Company Name], Walla, Red Rocks Amphitheater, City and County of Denver, and Instagram from any and all claims, liability, losses, or damages of any kind resulting from participation in this giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.

8. Promotion Disclaimer

This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta, or Red Rocks Amphitheater. Entrants understand that they are providing their information to the Sponsor and not to Instagram.
