As I reflect on this past year, I’m overwhelmed with gratitude for the incredible community of studios that have chosen to partner with Walla. Supporting and serving your businesses is not just what we do—it’s why we do it. You inspire us every day. Over the past year, I’ve had the privilege of taking classes at over 20 of your studios, both virtually and in person. Each experience has left me in awe, and I can’t wait to meet more of you and witness your magic firsthand in 2025.

If you’ve interacted with our team, you’ve probably felt the passion we bring to helping you succeed. We care deeply about your journey as wellness entrepreneurs, and your kind notes and thank-yous mean the world to us. Truly, they fuel us and remind us why we do what we do. So, thank you—for sharing your wins and trusting us to be a part of your story.

This year brought tremendous growth for Walla, and with growth came opportunities to learn and evolve. Our team expanded, rose to new challenges, and leaned heavily on your ideas and feedback. Your patience and collaboration have been invaluable, and we’re more committed than ever to improving and showing up for you every day.

Our product team delivered in incredible ways this year, releasing over 80 new features to help your studios thrive in today’s modern wellness landscape. Many of these innovations were inspired by your requests, and we hope they’ve made a difference in your day-to-day. It’s been amazing to watch you embrace these tools, and we can’t wait to see how you’ll continue to use them in creative ways.

To help you get the most out of Walla, we also launched our Sales & Marketing Suite Course and introduced a new customer support platform with AI enhancements, making it easier to get answers when you need them. Looking ahead to the new year, we’re thrilled to bring you even more learning opportunities, ways to connect with your peers, and some fun in-person events. Plus, we’re working on an exciting project (it’s top secret for now!) that will highlight your businesses and celebrate your impact on your communities.
