Walla's $0 Software Until 2027 Terms & Conditions

Eligibility

This offer is available to new Walla customers in the United States and Canada that operate a boutique fitness studio, including yoga, Pilates, Lagree, barre, indoor cycling, and circuit training/HIIT studios. Existing Walla customers, and studios renewing or upgrading an existing Walla subscription, are not eligible.

Offer Details

Eligible studios will pay $0 in Walla software subscription fees from the date their contract is signed through December 31, 2026. Standard subscription pricing begins January 1, 2027. This offer applies to software subscription fees only. It does not include, and participating studios remain responsible for: payment processing fees, one-time onboarding and data migration fees, Marketing Suite build fees, website, SEO and profile management fees, and any other add-on or professional services purchased.Eligible plans are Core and Pro. Multi-location and franchise groups on Enterprise may receive an equivalent promotional credit; Enterprise pricing and promotional terms are quoted by a Walla studio specialist.

How to Qualify

To qualify for this promotion, a participating fitness studio must sign a new annual Walla contract (minimum one-year commitment) by September 30, 2026, at 11:59 PM PT.

Redemption

The promotional period begins on the contract signature date, not the studio's go-live date. Software subscription fees are waived for the remainder of the 2026 calendar year, and the first software invoice is issued for the January 2027 billing cycle, or as otherwise agreed upon in your signed contract. No credit, refund, or extension is issued for any portion of the promotional period that occurs before a studio goes live.

Term and Early Cancellation

The minimum one-year commitment in your signed contract runs from the contract signature date and is not shortened or satisfied by the promotional period. If a studio cancels before completing its one-year term, Walla may invoice the studio for the software subscription fees waived under this offer, in addition to any other amounts owed under the contract.

Additional Information

This offer cannot be combined with any other promotion, discount, or promotional credit. This offer has no cash value and is not transferable. Walla reserves the right to modify or discontinue this promotion at any time without prior notice.
